Next EGI conference in Lisbon - 18-22 May, 2015

The next EGI Conference will be in Lisbon

EGI.eu and IBERGRID, a partnership between the Portuguese National Distributed Computing Infrastructure (INCD) and the Spanish National Grid Initiative (NGI-ES), are pleased to announce that the EGI Conference 2015 will take place in Lisbon, between 18-22 May.

The event will be the first EGI meeting in the post-EGI-InSPIRE era and will kick-off the work for the coming years, focusing on new challenges and new engagement opportunities.

The EGI Conference 2015 will be held at ISCTE-IUL, an academic and conference centre located in the heart of the University of Lisbon campus.

Jorge Gomes, INCD’s Services and Technology Director, says: “We are delighted to host the EGI Conference 2015. The event will join users, developers and providers in the distributed scientific computing domain and we look forward to welcome them next Spring in Lisbon.”

More information about the event will be published soon on the website of the EGI Conference 2015.
