11th International Conference on the Applications of Magnetic Resonance in Food Science

The next International Conference on the Applications of Magnetic Resonance in Food is to be held in Wa-geningen, from June 27 to 29, 2012 under auspices of the Groupement AMPERE. This conference series seen as a great environment for networking and sharing views and experiences with magnetic resonance exis perts from academia and industry who are committed to the utilisa-tion of MR tools to improve our understanding of food systems. It has a long tradition in presenting the latest technical innovations and their current and potential ap-plications to the understanding of food materials, their processing and stability.
The conference will be preceded by an afternoon of work-shops where practical aspects will be discussed on recur-ring issues when one applied magnetic resonance to food systems.
The workshops will be given by leading practitioners in the field. Participation in the workshops will be free of charge but separate registration is required.
From December 1, 2011, it is possible to register online on our website: www.mrfood2012.com.
A limited number of travel bursaries will be evailable in case of financial hardship.
