EGI User Community Board meeting

WeNMR was again represented at the UCB meeting of Tuesday August 23, 2011

The agenda of the meeting was the following:

   - Data management sessions
   - HUC sustainability workshop
   - portals for EGI community
   - EGI/NGI roadshows

   - NGI user support teams

- Workshops
    http://go.egi.eu/aaxdz details of all of the workshops here. Wiki pages for the remaining workshops being prepared. Locations still being sought. Suggestions are welcome especially if you have an institution or an other user-facing event with which these could be co-located.

- User service platform: report on technical services, surveys and plans for future developments

- progress with processing requirements including report back from TCB - https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/Track_User_Support_Requirements

- Community Forum 2012 - Main question form last User Forum was: where are the users? But should we ask: who are the users? Do we need to focus on Grid enablers from across the community?

- reports from VRCs (under headings: dissemination and events, technical, training)

- Any other business
