Bio-NMR Workshop: Protein NMR data processing and analysis

The workshop "Protein NMR data processing and analysis" is organized and sponsored by the Bio-NMR consortium, and aims to give an introduction to widely used NMR data processing and analysis procedures for proteins. The workshop is in particular suitable for novices in protein NMR.

Participants will be made familiar with the basic concepts of protein NMR, Fourier Transform processing of multi-dimensional double and triple resonance NMR spectra, and efficient protein NMR assignment strategies using CcpNmr Analysis. The workshop will be concluded with a basic introduction and demonstration of NMR  structure calculations.

The workshop focuses on the practice and only the basic theory that is needed to successfully perform typical tasks will be discussed. It combines theoretical introduction and demonstrations, followed by direct practical application in the form of exercises on a real life example.

The course will be held in Vilnius.

For more information and registration please visit the workshop website.
