The 11th International Conference on Magnetic Resonance in Food will be held in Wageningen, from June 26 to 29, 2012.
This conference has a long tradition in presenting the latest technical innovations in magnetic resonance and their current and potential applications to the understanding of food materials, their processing and stability, and will have dedicated sessions on Structure and Function, Composition and Quality, Food Quality and Safety, Nutritional Metabolomics and in-vivo MRI.
The conference is organized under auspices of the Groupement AMPERE. Members of the Groupement AMPERE are eligible for a discount of registration fee.
